Description
In this work Joyful,cheerful fields of LOTUS flowers in vibrant colorful,happy flowers,painted in abstract manner in impasto technique,with bold.explosive,pallet knife strokes that create almost sculptural textures of oil paint,which i love so much.This pallet knife oil painting is apart of my on going series on floral work.
Nestled in between the Zanskar range and the Great Himalayan range, the Valley of Flowers is one of the best-known national parks in India. It lies under snow for most of the year, with the ground frozen and hard. But when summer comes, for a very short time each year, the entire valley springs to life. Botanists and nature lovers from around the world visit during this time to see some rare flowers blooming. The park is also home to a few endangered species, like the musk deer, the snow leopard, and the black bear.
Valley of Flowers trek
The Valley of Flowers is as close to heaven as you can get in this lifetime. It's not just the flowers; you'll see streams trickling down from the slopes all around, creating small waterfalls all around. There's a fine mist in the air, and you'll be walking along cobbled paths that lead you through lush greenery. In the distance, you can see snow-capped peaks. Most itineraries to the Valley of Flowers also include a visit to the Hemkund Sahib Gurudwara.
