PEACOCK-2,MIXED MEDIA
I DID THIS ON A USED,THROWN AWAY X-RAY FILM. I HAVE TREATED THE X-RAY FILM ON PHOTO CHEMICALS TO REMOVE BLACK SILVER. WHEN IT HAS BECOME TRANSPARENT LIKE GLASS I STARTED APPLYING OIL COLORS WITH DIFFERENT SIZES OF COMBS, TO GET THIS TEXTURE. THIS TAKES LONG TIME TO DRY BUT IT GIVES AN EXCELLENT TRANSPARENT EFFECT. THIS EXPERIMENT HAS GIVEN ME A LOT OF SUCCESS AN MANY OF MY WORK DONE ON FILMS HAVE TAKEN FOR CORPORATE GIFTS.
INSPIRATION-I GOT THIS INSPIRATION, WHEN I WAS LOOKING STREET SCENE THROUGH A DIRTY GLASS WINDOW,AND I THEN STARTED THIS EXPERIMENT. I FEEL THAT THIS CAN BE A VERY GOOD GIFT FOR ANY SEASON.,
